Who We are:

Winter Fresh Fruit is a family-owned business in southwest Michigan. We share facilities and staff with Key Blooms, Inc., a Vicksburg, Michigan, grower of bedding plants, perennials, and other fine products.

Our Location:

We are located in southwest Michigan, an area known for its production of fresh fruits and vegetables during the spring, summer, and fall. Because of our cold winter climate, this production stops after the fall apple season.

Our Methods:

We use summer cold storage to prepare the bushes for winter production in our climate-controlled greenhouse. We use only the best-tasting varieties, which normally survive only in milder climates. Hives of bumblebees actively pollinate the flowers to produce uniform and fully-developed berries.

Our Products:

Currently we provide red raspberries. Since our berries are produced locally, they are picked when fully ripe. You no longer have to settle for fruit picked when partially green, and which is supposed to ripen during long-distance shipping.
